Loan Signing Agent
NNA Certified, our Members are highly trained to facilitate everything you need to be accomplished confidently and represent your company at closing. We will oversee any loan signing on your behalf
Remote Online Notary
Our Members have the tools and ability to Notarize any document in the U.S and Abroad(as long as it deals with U.S business) and are ready to assist you with a single document or loan package
Signing Witness
Our Member can serve as a witness for any document or situation that may call for one to be present at the signing; this can be accomplished either in person or remotely.
Specialty Notary
CLUB TING™ offers specialized notary services for those in need of Special Consideration for a Minor or in Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, and Assisted Living and have a special circumstance or situation that is out of the regular scope of service.
General Notary
Our Member will travel to your location to notarize documents that are not real estate-related transactions. We cover notarizing everything from divorce, passport and trust documents, powers of attorney, healthcare-related documents, auto title transfers, and much more.
Non-Notary Work
Our Members also provide other services shush as I-9 Verification, field Inspections, Courier services, Fingerprinting, Well Checks, Real Estate Services, Virtual Assistant, and more. We also file permits, court documents, and DMV records within the locality.
Apostille Services
Our Members will assist you with your Apostilles and Certificates of Authentication needs by certifying the signature, the capacity, and (if needed) the seal of the official who has executed the document. For any birth, death, and marriage certificates that need to be authenticated before they can be used, our Member can help.
Reverse Mortgage
While all of our Loan Signing Agents can facilitate any mortgage package; A few of our Members are Certified Reverse Mortgage Professionals (CMPS). Specialty trained to give your clients a service experience with a difference; allocate 2hrs for every signing of this nature
Senior Services
We work with Seniors to provide a Safe and Secure Social Interaction while notarizing their documents; Members provide service in Communities, Centers, and Independent Living. We also assist Elder Law Attorneys with providing Estate Planning, Trust, and more.
Coaching/ Guidance
CLUB TING™ provides Members with the “know-how” to excel in their independent service, and is sincerely dedicated to the growth of their business. We are working together with you to develop your brand and navigate your path of success.
Mentoring + Training
Initial general mentoring and training will be provided to every Member after they undergo a satisfactory qualification assessment. Additional mentoring and training are available for members that want to gain more confidence and Knowledge in the field.
Hosting/ Tech Support
Technology can be tricky to navigate alone, especially when your building your website.
There may be many variables and barriers that can slow you down or set you back if you don’t have the knowledge or software. Let us provide you with a consultation for your site.
