With our service satisfaction guarantee; if you are unsatisfied with any of the services we have provided, for any notable reason; please Contact your T.I.N.G™ Member and/ or Support within 3 business days. Our members will do everything they can to satisfy the issue.
All we ask is that you contact the T.I.N.G™ Member from your original service order.  Email a description of the error and how it needs to be corrected. Don’t forget to send it to [email protected] with your file.

If the Member is not available to make the correction themselves; support will send a provider on their behalf to make the correction in their place. We have your back.
